May it protect us both, teacher and student. May it nourish us both.
Shree Gautama Veda Patashala is dedicated to preserving and transmitting the sacred Vedic tradition through disciplined study, oral recitation and the living bond between Guru and Shishya.
Run by Sri Paramacharya Charitable Trust (R)
Traditional oral learning of Krishna Yajurveda (Taittiriya Shakha), guided by the Acharya.
Sanskrit, yoga, mathematics, science and English complement the Vedic curriculum.
Discipline, regular practice, humility, devotion and seva help shape everyday learning.
With a primary focus on Krishna Yajurveda (Taittiriya Shakha), the Patashala seeks to carry this knowledge forward while helping students develop the values, learning habits and life skills they need for the future.
At Shree Gautama Veda Patashala, Vedic learning is more than the recitation of ancient verses. Students learn by listening carefully to the Acharya, repeating each passage, refining pronunciation and steadily building mastery. The traditional learning path includes foundational recitation and, according to each student's progress, advanced patterns such as Krama and Ghana.
See the learning pathThe aim of Shree Gautama Veda Patashala is to safeguard Vedic knowledge and help students grow into confident, responsible individuals. The Patashala brings together the depth of the guru-shishya tradition and the value of learning that prepares students to participate meaningfully in contemporary society.
A living tradition continues when knowledge is learned, practised and passed on.
